Rey Ruiz is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Founder of Advanced Biomedical Repair.
Rey is a Veteran of the United States Military. After a career in law enforcement, Ruiz served in the United States Navy where he received his training in the bio-medical technology. He is a trained Biomedical Technician certified with years of experience in the field of Biomedical Engineering Equipment Repair and Maintenance.
Ruiz has multiple credentials and is actory trained on Life Safety and Critical Care Instrumentation.

Executive - BMET lll, RRT
Victor Duran was born in Ojai, California and Served our country as a flight medic in the United States Air Force (USAF).
Victor attended the School of Aerospace Medicine for Flight Medicine and has over 20 Years of Critical Care experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
Duran has lived in Ventura County his whole life and actively involved throughout the community.
He is involved with Youth Coaching and Public Service through YAC Outreach Program.
